A: Ideally 4–6 weeks before your event. During peak seasons (spring & summer), earlier is better—we fill up fast! Last-minute? We’ll do our best to make it work.

A: Yes! We offer flexible tipping options:

A: 100%. Reefresh LLC is fully insured, and all bartenders are trained, certified, and experienced. Your safety and our professionalism are top priorities.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand plans can change:
30+ days: Full refund (minus deposit)
14–29 days: 50% refund
<14 days: No refund, but we’ll try to reschedule if possible
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.
